Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapist Job Specialty : Occupational Therapist Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday-Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 per week Experience : Rehab Optima Experience Preferred License : State License Verification Required Certifications : N / A Must-Have : - Resume - Three References - County Criminal Check (7 years for all counties lived and worked) - Federal Criminal Check (7 years or more) - Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more) - Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more) - HHS / OIG Search - GSA Search - Social Security Number Trace - Two-Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray - SAM Search - Washington State Background Check with Fingerprints Job Description : - Full-time position with an expectation of 40 hours per week.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' ability to perform daily activities. - Maintain detailed patient records and documentation of services provided.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning. - Educate patients and their families about therapeutic processes and home strategies.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of practice. Note : This position does not require holiday coverage or bilingual skills.
The urgency for filling this position is considered normal.
