What you will do to contribute to the company's success
Directs the efforts of assigned staff to achieve FP&A goals; area of focus is typically within a defined business unit or function (e.
g., revenue, COGS, Opex, capex, etc.)
- Communicates departmental goals effectively and guides team execution.
- May personally conduct and / or oversee a team who : Provide tools, financial modeling, assessment and evaluation of financial plans,Develop and adhere to reporting standards, including data requirements, for financial projections, modeling, analysis and recommendations.
- Executes the financial planning and coordination of monthly P&L forecasts and the annual budget process, for the assigned functional area.
- Interprets financial data, project financials, variance analyses and key business drivers to identify trends and make recommendations based on risks, opportunities, and expected ROI.
- Works with team members and business partners to ensure understanding of and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- 7 Years' experience
- BS / BA Degree
- Master's Degree preferred
