- Process all Dealer trade Worksheets necessary for transferring units to Related Parties / Other Dealers as well as processing Dealer Trade Worksheets and MCO for incoming units as needed.
- Clean Dealer Trade A / P & A / R schedules (weekly)
- Verify that the MCO's match to incoming / outgoing units
- Ensure the MCO is assigned to the correct Dealership
- Ensure payment is collected for units sold as needed
- Follow up on MCO status if it doesn't come in with unit when transferred
- Issue payment checks for units purchased as needed.
