Job Description
- Administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests as required
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions
- Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care
- Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients
- Minimum 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care
- Excellent communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a professional nursing program
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Knowledge of quality concepts, principles, and problem-solving tools
