Responsibilities :
- Conduct virtual comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess students' cognitive, academic, and socio-emotional functioning.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals through virtual platforms to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide virtual counseling and guidance services to students dealing with emotional or behavioral challenges.
- Offer virtual support and resources to teachers and parents to enhance the overall well-being of students in a remote learning environment.
- Participate in virtual multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of school psychology, particularly in relation to virtual service delivery.
Requirements :
- Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid School Psychologist license or certification in the state of Montana.
- Experience conducting virtual psychological assessments and interpreting test results.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing virtual behavioral interventions.
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and IEP development for virtual learning.
- Excellent virtual communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
