Responsibilities : Prepare and turn units for move-ins (make ready)Complete typical apartment work ordersGeneral preventative maintenance and unit inspectionsExterior property maintenance, sidewalk grinding and landscaping vendor supervisionMinor carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs and troubleshootingReplacement and repair of household appliances and items (i.

e. refrigerator, stoves, sinks, drains, toilets)Opportunity to do basic welding, minor HVAC repair and special projectsLight cleaning and pickup of grounds in accordance with safety and sanitizing protocolsRequired Experience : High School diploma / GED.

Minimum two (2) years’ experience in facilities maintenance, hotel or apartment community experience (preferred but not required).

General maintenance, plumbing and electrical skills.Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills.Warm, outgoing personality.
