Physical Therapy Job Description
Our rehabilitation facility is currently in need of a full-timePhysical Therapist to provide direct patient care services.
The PhysicalTherapist will be responsible for documenting patient treatments, changes incondition and other pertinent information as required.
The successful candidatewill also provide treatment and appropriate therapeutic techniques specific tothe age and condition of each patient.

Physical Therapy Responsibilities and Duties.
·Administer treatment programs
·Focus on providing the highest quality treatmentfor patients that allows for excellent patient outcomes
·Assess patient condition using knowledge ofbasic biological and medical science
·Propose treatment goals and objectives
·Implement patient treatment plans
·Perform certain aspects of patient evaluationand interventions
·Instruct patients on physical therapyinterventions, modalities and home exercise programs
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current license as a Physical Therapist
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current CPR and first aid certification
- 3+ years’ clinical experience
