Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. Your role will involve assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in patients of all ages, helping them improve their communication abilities.
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate patients' speech, language, and communication skills.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency issues.
- Educate patients and families on effective communication strategies and exercises.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Stay current with best practices through continuing education.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
- CCC-SLP certification is a plus.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
