We are looking for a motivated and energetic Senior Technical / IT Recruiter to join our expanding team and help us continue delivering top-tier IT talent to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
What You’ll Do :
As a Senior Technical / IT Recruiter, you will play a critical role in our recruitment process, managing the full recruitment life cycle while partnering with clients and internal Buchanan management to meet staffing needs. You will :
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define position requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
- Leverage industry-standard recruiting tools to identify, attract, and engage top IT talent
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process
- Manage and coordinate new employee orientation and hiring activities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for a variety of IT roles
- Respond to resource requests and deliver under tight deadlines
- Submit and manage recruitment requests as part of the RFP (Request for Proposal) process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of current market pay rates to ensure competitive offers
- Maintain excellent communication and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients, candidates, and internal teams
- Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
What You Bring to the Table :
We are seeking an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have :
- 4+ years of experience in IT recruiting, with a proven track record of filling technical positions
- Strong ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Proficiency in using recruiting platforms
- Experience with the RFP process and submitting recruitment requests
- Excellent knowledge of current market pay rates and trends in IT staffing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter attitude with outstanding work ethic and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- A broad understanding of IT technologies
