Job Description
Data Analysis and Reporting : Collect and analyze process data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Prepare reports and present findings to management.
Performing research at a supervisor’s request.
- Project Management : Contributing to project completion within deadline.Coordinate with other departments and external vendors to ensure project success.
- Training and Support : Provide training and support to maintenance techniciansKeep assets and parts updated with latest informationAssist with administrative duties (technical document, drawings).
Support Inventory System Set up (data Input and Count Inventory Number)Create SOP for Limble usersSet up mechanical downtime reportMaintain PM (Preventive Maintenance) List Set UpManage user list
Qualifications
Education
Currently a college student obtaining a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science and / or likeminded field of study
Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
