As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team and lead the development of cutting-edge solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform.
As the Power Platform Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technology.
The ideal candidate will be adept at translating complex functional and technical business requirements into custom solutions with engaging customer experiences using low-code development technologies in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft applications.
You'll participate in product development and production deployment.

You Have :
- 8+ years of experience with front-end or low code business application software development
- 4+ years of experience developing applications with Power Platform, including both canvas and model-driven Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Experience with web and front-end software development techniques and frameworks
- Experience conducting and participating in code reviews
- Ability to mentor junior engineers
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability / Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have :
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics development and migration
- Experience with web services and API development, including custom connectors
- Experience with data modeling and design
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and SharePoint, and how they integrate with Power Platform
- Knowledge of relational databases
- Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
