Sales Manager needed for independent dealer branch office to manage existing sales team as well facilitating growth through onboarding new reps in San Antonio, TX and the surrounding markets.
A history of demonstrated leadership success in the copier channel is required, along with knowledge of Professional Solutions and Services.
Purpose :
- Manage a sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Develop strong business relationships with new and existing customers.
Duties :
- Conduct weekly performance reviews to ensure sales and activity goals are met.
- Hire, train, and develop a sales team.
- Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue streams.
- Evalute and present sales updates to leadership.
- Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue streams.
- Work with sales staff to master the sales cycle and close deals through training and development.
- Evalute and enhance the effectiveness of the sales organization.
- Work closely with other departments to effectively achieve organizational goals.
