We have an immediate opening for a HVAC Service Technician to join our team, someone with a minimum of 1+ year of service and annual maintenance experience looking to grow their career in the HVAC industry.

Job Title : HVAC Service Technician
Work hours : Monday thru Friday, 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm, with occasional overtime
Pay Scale : Up to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience + sales commissions

- Position Overview : To provide repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems;
offering the customer a high-quality experience.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 2+ years of HVAC service and annual maintenance experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Desire to learn and grow a career in the HVAC industry
- Experienced at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance on residential and light commercial equipment
- Experience making repair and replace decisions
- Educating customers on indoor air quality
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organized with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to invest time in training and classes including NATE Certifications
- Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
- Familiar with air balancing principles and techniques
- Must be able to lift and carry 75 pounds
