Seeking a talented Handyman for a new opening in York, PA

Responsibilities :

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on residential properties in York, PA
• Efficiently handle plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs promptly
• Respond quickly to service requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency
• Keep detailed and accurate records of work completed, materials used, and hours worked
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulations for a safe working environment
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dedication to providing exceptional client service

Qualifications :

• To be considered for this Handyman position in York, PA, US, you must hold valid authorization to work in the United States
• Previous experience working in construction is a mandatory requirement for this role
• Prior experience in maintenance is a prerequisite for applicants
• Essential knowledge of home maintenance is needed to excel in this position
• Proficiency in various handyman tasks and repairs, coupled with excellent communication skills, is a key qualification
