Key ResponsibilitiesReview and complete enrichment tasks, including application data entry and vendor verificationsManage inbound / outbound calls and verify information from third-party entities using online databasesSubmit credentialing applications and monitor their progress with payers until confirmation is receivedQualificationsExperience in an outbound / inbound call center or related customer service roleFamiliarity with provider credentialing and recredentialing requirements preferredAbility to work independently or as part of a teamStrong analytic computer and software skillsCollege diploma and a minimum of 2 years related experience preferred
