Employee Relations Consultant
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant to foster positive relationships between the organization and its employees.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement employee relations policies and proceduresInvestigate and resolve employee complaints and grievancesCollaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or a minimum of 4 years equivalent experienceProven work experience in an Employee Relations or similar roleExcellent knowledge of employment laws and regulationsExperience in conflict resolution and mediationSHRM or HRCI certification preferred
