This position will be located in our new facility in Marysville, Washington.
Role Overview and Responsibilities :
- Manage and continually evaluate the production and logistics process, always looking for ways to improve.
- Owning the role of always ensuring movement of products to our customers and within Echandia in an effective and timely manner.
- Provide training, reviewing, and mentorship to team members.
- Maintenance of training and company manuals and processes.
- Generate action plans and ensure goals are met / exceeded.
- Communication with all levels of management and stakeholders.
- Team leadership by example to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and Group HSE Standards.
- Lead and execute SQCDP performance of the assigned EPTs.
- Understand and keep updated on industry regulations.
- Understand and keep up with labor standards.
- Ensure the respect of standardized work methods through process confirmation.
- Creation of an inclusive and positive work environment where individuals want to strive to improve processes and make a difference.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Strong and proven ability to lead a team, challenge processes and continually look for new and better ways.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while working on multiple projects.
- Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Able to always look at the bigger picture, with focus on the customer.
- Excellent supervisory / leadership skills and experience with creating employee schedules.
- Strong computer skills.
- 7+ years experience in Production Supervision / Lead Hand roles.
- Higher education and / or bachelor’s degree in business administration or industrial engineering or related field.
- Electrical experience and first aid certifications are assets.
- Computer skills MS Office are an asset.
- Own vehicle / reliable transportation required.
- Ability to work overtime if needed required.

Compensation Range :
Salary will be based on experience and compatibility.
Total compensation to include salary, vacation, benefits, and other potential perks.
