An Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a leader among our professional Membership Sales Team. As a central part of our team, the AGM at Jersey Strong is responsible for promoting and enrolling members into our new member and upgrade programs.
This position is ideal for individuals who possess a passion for sales and prospecting, as well as an enthusiasm for helping people get started with membership and Personal Training.
The AGM is a dynamic fitness professional who is comfortable with both selling and prospecting.
To be exceptional, a strong understanding of fitness and sales is a must, as is a keen understanding of prospecting methods and an outgoing personality.

Requirements
Full-time availability (40 hours per week)

Must be an advocate of fitness and exercise
Must be able to follow directions
Must have a strong knowledge of sales
Must be a strong verbal communicator
Must have experience working within a team environment
