- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification

- Proficiency in English (Read, Write, Speak)
Job Description :
- Provide competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards.
- Coordinate and deliver patient care using the nursing process in a hospital setting.
- Participate in identifying and meeting personal learning needs and attending education programs.
- Utilize patient education materials relevant to the patient population.
- Assess patient and family readiness to learn and developmental levels.
- Identify expected patient outcomes and seek guidance as needed.
- Engage in discussions with interdisciplinary teams for patient care evaluation.
- Demonstrate competence in care of patients with complex issues, addressing physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs.
- Perform bedside point-of-care testing as required.
- Use organizational standards, policies, and procedures in delivering care.
- Organize and prioritize care based on patient and family needs.
- Consult with appropriate resources for patients with complex care issues.
- Develop goals for professional growth and achieve objectives within set time frames.
- Collaborate with intra / interdepartmental teams and participate in the development and achievement of unit goals.
- Promote a safe, clean, and secure hospital environment.
- Assess and anticipate discharge needs of individual patients and their families.
- Develop relationships with families to advocate for the patient and their own needs.
- Plan and update the care plan with the patient and family.
- Integrate cultural and ethnic considerations in patient care planning.
- Read applicable studies or articles and bring ideas for staff assessment.
