We are seeking dynamic Boutique Sales Associates to join our team. As a Boutique Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in an exclusive setting, showcasing some of the finest brands and assisting our guests in discovering unique, high-end merchandise.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service consistently, friendly and professionally.
- Create memorable and personalized shopping experiences for our guests.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the luxury brands and products offered in each boutique.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing personalized recommendations and styling advice.
- Up-serving guests in a professional and polite manner while
- Display luxury sales techniques while promoting Fairmont exclusive merchandise.
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
- Ensure shop is always clean.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Maintain visually appealing displays that highlight the unique aspects of each boutique.
- Stay up to date with the latest fashion trends and brand offerings.
- Computer savvy in Microsoft Window applications and / or Point of Sales System
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Physical Aspects of Position (include but not limited to) :
- Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
- Occasional lifting carrying up to 30lbs
- Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
- Occasional ascending or descending step ladders
