Event Staff members act as the primary provider of direct services to patrons while they are at the Tsongas Center. Team members are responsible for providing a safe environment for all patrons and employees and fill multiple staffing posts that may vary from event to event.
These posts include ticket taker, usher, ADA assistant, and general guest services. All staff will be expected to perform each task with the highest level of customer service.
