MinimumQualifications

• Currentdental hygienist license in Wisconsin and an Associates or Bachelors degree in dentalhygiene (whererequired)
• Excellentworking knowledge of dentistry dental hygiene procedures dentalpatient screening and medical historydocumentation
• CPRCertification
