The Opportunity
In a constantly evolving talent landscape, the ability to navigate the complexities of talent strategy gives Global Talent Acquisition teams an unfair advantage.
We are seeking a seasoned Talent Strategist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in advising senior talent leaders at Adobe, demonstrating their deep expertise in talent strategy and data analytics to drive meaningful org-wide changes.
What you'll do
- Talent Strategy : Background in recruitment combined with experience in developing talent acquisition strategy for organizations.
- Executive Advisory : Provide strategic counsel to senior executives on talent acquisition, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.
- Stakeholder Influence : Demonstrate exceptional executive presence and influence, expertly crafting data-led narratives, and gaining consensus from senior leaders.
- Consulting Excellence : Drive high-impact and high-visibility consulting engagements focused on talent management strategies and workforce transformation.
Deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Data Sophistication : Work with large data sets, extract actionable insights, and inform strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will share recommendations backed by meticulous and accurate data analysis.
What you need to succeed
- Education : Post-graduation is highly desirable.
- Experience : 10+ years of experience in advising enterprise, technology, and global clientele on talent strategy and leading projects passionate about workforce management.
- Consulting Background : Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience with a specialization in high-impact talent strategies.
- Data Skills : Proficiency in data analysis, especially the ability to manage and interpret large datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Executive Presence : Proven track record to engage and influence senior leaders, demonstrating compelling presentation and interpersonal skills.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
The U.S. pay range for this position is $131,300 $239,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
