As the Nurse Manager Surgical Services, you will take on a pivotal role, supporting the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance patient care, improve clinical outcomes, and achieve departmental goals.
You will serve as an invaluable resource for clinical excellence, guiding and educating your team. You will collaborate with staff and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
Your role will be supported by a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and committed staff.
The ideal candidate will have :
- A current RN license or ability to obtain upon hire
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Experience working in Surgical Services
