Qualifications :
- Enjoys cleaning (No cleaning experience required).
- Willingness to learn new cleaning methods and how to use various pieces of equipment
- Ability to Adapt to different situations and change work processes to accommodate customer needs
- Listening Skills to make sure that all the needs of the clients are being met
- Great Customer Service skills
- Hardworking and reliable
- Integrity and Honesty
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to be on foot for extended periods of time and climb a two stepladder.
- High-Energy Levels
- Excellent attitude and work ethic
- Bilingual is a plus (English & Spanish)
Job requirements :
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Free of felonies
- Must be willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check
- Authorized to work in the US (citizenship, residence, work permit)
- Must own a vehicle and smartphone
- Valid car insurance and driver's license
- Verifiable work history and references, preferably 1 year or more
- Excellent attitude and work ethic
