About The Position
How would you like to be treated like royalty? Our small-town Midwest hospital is ready to roll out the red carpet! There's a blend of everything, with the opportunity to shape the practice to your preferences.
Practice Setting :
- 48-bed healthcare facility providing an impressive spectrum of advanced medical treatments and personalized health services
- Orthopedic patients are currently being seen locally by physicians affiliated with another group
- Surgeons could expect 3 days in the clinic and 2 days in OR, with more OR time available
- There is an average of 60 monthly Ortho discharges from the hospital, which is a small percentage of total cases in the community traveling to other hospitals
- Cases include Knees, Hips, Lumbar, Hands, and more
- Call will be 10 nights per month, with additional pay available for any additional taken
Compensation :
- Competitive base guarantee $700,000 for 2 years
- $250,000 Student loan repayment
- $100,000 sign-on bonus, $15,000 relocation
- Insurance, Retirement & Savings, and Other Benefits available
