8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm Monday - Friday
Requirements :
- Previous customer service experience required!
- Basic math and computer skills
- Customer Service driven
- Must have good communication skills.
Job Skills :
- Ability to prioritize & multitask
- Possess good communication & interpersonal skills
- Maintain composure in all situations while remaining focused and paying attention to detail
- Able to adjust to changes and problem solve
- Work independently or as a team
- Able to accommodate customer needs in times of high call volumes
Scott Electric is one of the largest independent electrical distributors in the United States, with Branches in Greensburg PA, Pittsburgh PA, Duncansville PA, Erie PA, Warren PA, Camp Hill PA, and Hagerstown, MD.

To be successful, you must be a self-starter, willing to work beyond the "8 - 5 schedule", and make sure the customer comes first with the understanding that customer service is the #1 priority.
Candidates with electrical knowledge are preferred.

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
