Job Description
- Manage a team of 5+ individuals
- Implement KPI's and mentor a team of accountants
- Responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting activities
- Performs month-end closing procedures and reporting, working collaboratively with the accounting team
- Develop and implement internal controls, including process improvements and strategies for cost savings within the organization
- Consolidate financial statements into a P&L statement
- Provide variance analysis and financial reporting
- Effectively communicate to senior management and identify areas for improvement

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Extensive management experience
- Relevant or related industry experience
- Strong business partnering and communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
