Position Overview :

Mountz, Inc. is seeking an experienced and strategic candidate to lead and optimize our Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Global Warehouse functions.

Reporting directly to the President / CEO, this position is critical to driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and the successful execution of key business strategies.

As a key member of the Executive Core Group, he / she will play a vital role in shaping and implementing company-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership : Collaborate with the Executive Management team to develop and execute operational strategies that enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency across the company.

Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for operational improvement and present recommendations to the Executive Committee, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

New Product Introduction (NPI) : Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to assess and improve NPI processes.

Manufacturing Excellence : Oversee the management of the manufacturing department, ensuring that production meets or exceeds quality standards, lead times, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Global Supply Chain Management : Lead global supply chain strategies, ensuring accuracy in forecasting, inventory management, and logistics while maintaining cost efficiency.

Team Development : Build and mentor a high-performing operations team through goal setting, performance evaluations, and personal development plans.

Compliance and Safety : Ensure all operations conform to ISO standards and internal Quality Management Systems (QMS), while promoting a culture of health and safety throughout the organization.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Business Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, including manufacturing and supply chain leadership, preferably in a global context.

Strong technical aptitude, including experience with torque products or relevant industries.

Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, and managing change in dynamic environments.

Familiarity with ERP systems, such as NetSuite, and their role in operational efficiency.

Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.

Experience managing offshore manufacturing strategies and improving supply chain processes.

Salary : $180,000-$190,000 / year
