PMG is looking for a Programmatic Senior Manager to join our growing team. The Programmatic Senior Manager will be a leading voice for C-Suite relationships and provide key programmatic subject matter expertise and thought leadership to drive innovation with our clients and platform partners.

Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and tactical execution and optimization of Programmatic programs
- Define strategies for campaign structuring, targeting and other facets of programmatic in accordance with client goals
- Oversee operations of Programmatic Media campaigns including bid management, optimization and analysis of weekly performance and trends across Display, Video, CTV, YouTube and Native
- Communicate strategy and campaign updates to clients via weekly calls and emails
- Manage a team of programmatic professionals and deploy resources to maximize individual potential and client impact
- Oversee the performance of campaigns, recommending changes in spend or budget allocation, troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Identify growth opportunities and implementing initiatives to ensure client’s goals are met while executing daily campaign management tactics
- Contribute to high impact projects
- Develop relationships with client contacts and media partners
- Serve as key point of contact for platform representatives, leading innovation, testing, learning roadmaps and measurement plans
Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of progressive experience working in digital media and programmatic where you were responsible for programmatic strategy, planning and buying, maintaining multi-million dollar budgets, driving implementation and execution
- 3+ years of management experience in digital with responsibility for people leadership, training and career coaching for technical and soft skills
- Experience leading client relationships and communicating with client executives
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or SQL, Keynote and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated and likes to learn new tools and technology
