Job Details :
Our team is growing and we’re in need of an inquisitive, organized, and professional Customer Service Representative.
This is a full-time hire position in San Jose, CA, with a high-profile client in the tech industry.
In this position, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling a variety of customer emails, phone calls, and other inquiries.
They will also be responsible for various administrative tasks and process documentation, among other duties.

Skills :
- Ability to multi-task while staying organized and maintaining high attention to detail
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a willingness to learn and capable of taking direction and feedback in a positive manner
- Problem-solving mindset
- Can work independently or in team settings while adhering to deadlines
- Comfortable with proposing new ideas and solutions
- Transportation experience a plus
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or comparable suites
Core Responsibilities & Essential Functions :
- Assist with authorization approvals process using multiple platforms
- Help manage efforts that help ensure compliance, safety, and working condition of vehicles
- Become proficient with commonly used internal database and forms programs
- Collaborate in regular upkeep and quality control of our existing program database
- Handle customer inquiries via CRM, email, phone or conference call, and / or in-person discussion as needed
- Assist with documentation and updating of program policies and procedures
- Work closely with and assist other program team members, including IT and field operations associates
- Assist with any additional responsibilities and reporting, as needed
- Opportunities for cross-training for other departmental duties may be available
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8 : 30a - 5 : 30p, overtime as needed in office
