Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently.

You will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and building strong relationships. This is a Contract to Hire position located near Downers Grove, IL.

Responsibilities :

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide clear and concise information to resolve issues and concerns.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Update and maintain customer records.
• Address order discrepancies and resolve shipping issues.
• Develop a strong understanding of our products and services.
• Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Identify and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.
• Assist with upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Provide product recommendations to customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive and customer-focused attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Details :

• Contract to Hire
• Monday-Friday
• Pay is $22-$25 an hour, depending on experience
