Life And Health Insurance Sales Agent

Our rapidly-expanding insurance agency is looking for a full-time life insurance agent to join our team! You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process.

$100,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current
• Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies
• Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business
• Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims
• Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience
• Cultivating relationships, with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security

Qualifications :

• Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred
• Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued
• Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred
• Sales experience preferred enterprising mindset, no mile too far
• Desire to help families and businesses to Be Good At Life.
• Bilingual Language preferred, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Portuguese, etc.
