Occupational Therapist - Outpatient - (OT)
StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $1926.00 - $2219.00
Well respected Outpatient Clinic is seeking a Occupational Therapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in San Jose, CA.
Ideal candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.This will be for a 13 week assignment contract, working a Monday-Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
Outpatient Experience
Active CA License
Covid Vaccination / Booster / Flu Shot or Declination
Prefer CHT "Certified Hand Therapy"
