Job Summary :
As an Auction Support Team Member, your Area / State manager will work with you to assign weekly auctions that you will be expected to participate in.
Additionally, there are usually 1-2 training sessions leading up to each auction and these provide opportunities to improve skills while earning additional compensation.
Each auction usually requires 1-3 hours of work, with additional hours doing administrative tasks and / or training each week.
On average, you can expect between 15-30 hours per week.
Job Requirements :
- Provide exemplary customer service through customer engagement
- Educate customers about various opportunities including how our auctions work and website resources we have available
- Participate in auction events
- Data entry of information into Auction.com proprietary software program
- Provide information & quality assurance
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
- Be detail-oriented, organized, and have great follow through in a fast-paced work environment
- Must have own transportation
- Admin skills a plus!
