Qualifications :

• Current Texas State License (applicable to your discipline)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols

Jobs Descriptions :

Description : Help home-bound patients regain their ability to perform daily living functions post-injury or illness.

Collaborate with other skilled disciplines, such as physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy, to provide coordinated care.

Skills : Nursing skills under industry standards, good interpersonal skills, and knowledge of Kinnser Wellsky

Requirements :

• RN : Bachelor of Nursing, current Texas State License as an Occupational Therapist, and current Texas Driver's License.
• LVN : Texas state license as an LVN and Texas Driver's License

Rates :

• RN : Rates start at $ 55 per regular visit, SOCs $100 to $125 , Recerts $75 to $85 , Discharges $55 to $65 depending on the area
• LVN : Flat rate of $ 45 per visit.
