LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Supply Chain Business Analyst 2 in Beaverton, OR. This sportswear company, and their Supply Chain team is the driving force behind the seamless global movement of their products.

Location : Beaverton, OR

Pay : $40-$50 per hour

Duration : 1-year contract

About the Role :

As a Supply Chain - Business Analyst 2, you will be an integral part of our APLA Outbound Transportation Team, supporting transportation modernization initiatives.

While knowledge of Transportation Management Systems and Parcel Management Systems is beneficial, no technical or configuration capabilities are required.

The role involves collaborating with teams across the Asia Pacific and Latin America regions, necessitating strong communication skills and cultural adaptability due to varying time zones.

This role requires flexibility in working hours and occasional travel.

Responsibilities :

  • Support transportation modernization initiatives within the APLA Outbound Transportation Team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive large-scale transformational change.
  • Manage relationships with carriers, brokers, and 3PLs in multiple countries.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to optimize product flow from factory door to consumer door.
  • Assist in project, transition, and change management activities.

What You Bring :

  • 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Planning.
  • Strong knowledge of Transportation Management Systems and operating models.
  • Applied understanding of Project / Transition / Change Management concepts.
  • Ability to support large-scale transformational change initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic business environment.
  • Self-motivation, curiosity, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with teammates at all levels.

Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field; or
  • PhD or Law + 1 year; or
  • Master's + 0-3 years; or
  • Associate's degree + 1-3 years; or
  • High School + 3-5 years of directly relevant work experience.
