Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for an Supply Chain Planning Intern at our Fairfield, Ohio, facility for Summer 2025.

This position will be in person so the ideal candidate will be located in or around the general area, relocation will not be provided.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams on projects and solutions dedicated to customer service and delivery
  • Drive improvements through Industrial solutions in compliance with the Schneider Production System (SPS) lean principles and conform to safety standards
  • Design and develop sustainable methods for calculating raw stock needs for dynamic production schedules
  • Work closely with Production Schedulers and Purchasing on process improvement, troubleshooting, and root causing
  • Lead or support Lean / Kaizen activities

  • Are actively pursing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Finance.
  • Are proficient at the use of ERP or other computer systems and Microsoft Suite.
  • Must be Proficient in Excel including charts / graphs (experience with Pivot tables, Macros a plus)
  • Possess leadership qualities and the ability to facilitate conflicts
  • Are self-motivated and self-directed with a sense of urgency
  • Have a solid work ethic - honors responsibility and commitment
  • Have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Possess excellent communication and team collaboration skills (English language)
  • Possess proven ability to achieve results
  • Have exceptional leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, project management, and communication skills
  • Have the ability to set overall priorities and form action plans to implement and monitor for results Who will you report to?
