We are hiring a Housekeeperfor our gated retirement community. All of our clients live withinour gated retirement community; no travel isneeded!

Compensation : Starting at $19.00 - $21.00 / hour (depending onexperience)

SchedulesAvailable : Sunday to Wednesday OR Wednesday to Saturday,both are 7 : 00am to5 : 30pm

How you will make animpact :

• Maintainingcleanliness of the community through the use of specializedequipment.
• Ensuringproper handling and disposal ofwaste
• Utilizing workorders to ensure proper room / furnituresetups
• Assisting withmovement and delivery of heavyobjects / packages
• Trashingremoval including, refuse andrecycling
• Maintaininghard floor surfaces, including scrubbing, mopping, burnishing,stripping, and waxing as well as carpeted surfaces, includingextracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, andvacuuming.

Whatyou willneed :

• Abilityto safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment,trash removal equipment, and any other equipment necessary for thecleanliness of thecommunity
• Ability tobe flexible and honor other requests from residents or departmentsthat can be completed in the allottedtime
• Ability to workindependently and as a contributing teammember
• Ability tosafely operate Housekeepingvehicles
• Previousexperience in carpet care and floor finishing techniques ispreferred.
• Minimumof 3 years of verifiable licensed driving experience and a historyof safe driving as noted through a 3-year motor vehicle recordcheck
