Customer Service Representative for a local meat distributer

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the company's sales goals and holding the team accountable
- Answer and resolve high-volume telephone calls and / or emails and / or chats with extremely close attention to customer service
- Assist in answering general questions about products; promotions, returns, refunds, cancellations, account modifications, shipping / tracking information and other issues as needed
- Process orders and manage account activity
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- High volume, in-bound call center experience
- Sales experience or desire to develop salesmanship
- Comfortable with upselling products to customers
- Type a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Above-average organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proven ability to meet company and customer quality standards through the delivery of high-level customer service
- Technically computer savvy with outstanding multi-tasking skills
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be a great team player
- Minimum high school diploma
- Call center or customer service experience, preferred
