We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Supervisor for Titan Florida. This exempt position will report directly to the Transportation Manager and will be responsible for implementation and oversight of the use of technology and reporting to improve business operations and Customer Service and Satisfaction via the Logistics Department.
In addition, this role is responsible for developing efficiencies for Titan business activities directly related to logistics responsibilities (via synchronizing Processes / Procedures with other Titan Florida Hub Departments as well as with other Titan America Divisions).
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Coordination with Transportation Manager to use technology and reporting to improve internal and external Customer Service, specific to Titan business unit metrics & KPIs.
- Work with Bulk and Ready Mix / Block Admin Leads to standardize daily functions and Processes / Procedures to obtain a high level of efficiency and, in turn, consistent high levels of internal and external Customer Service and Satisfaction across all product lines.
- Develop valuable and trackable Admin KPIs via systems and reporting.
- Act as liaison with other Hub Department Managers and IT to improve efficiencies and increase internal and external Customer Service and Satisfaction.
- Work closely with Data Analysts and IT to build a functional and transparent reports
- Work closely with Data Analysts and IT to create new efficiencies via standardizing Processes / Procedures / Shared Portals as well as develop critical business operations reports.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals.
- The ability to communicate and train across a broad spectrum.
Required skills & experience
- BS degree in Business or relevant studies and / or 3-5 years of equivalent business experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of SAP experience required.
- Prior knowledge of Excel.
- Collaborative work style with a project / deadline focused approach.
- Available to work days, nights, and weekends as needed with project deadlines.
- Positive attitude to achieve goals and deliver results individually and in a team environment.
- Able to assimilate and not only embrace but lead change initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively in a team environment.
- Industry knowledge a plus.
