Real Estate Sales Assistant for the Top Illinois Independent Real Estate Team!
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly driven Real Estate Sales Assistant who has a talent for turning leads into lifelong customers.
Our ideal applicant is an excellent communicator with a proven track record of sales success. Work with the best and brightest in real estate in a high-paced and exciting environment.
Compensation : $45,000 yearly

Responsibilities :
- Use our CRM properly to input all client information along with following the daily tasks to ensure all follow-up is complete
- Expert at communication and relationship building with new customers
- Ability to be on call for appointments
- Assist with appointments for buyers and listings
- Conduct lead follow-up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent
- Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us
- Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients
- Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals
- Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information
Qualifications :
- Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car
- Applicants must have a real estate license
- At least one year of real estate sales experience
- Must have great communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
