Role and Responsibilities

As a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Effectively managing policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage questions to provide seamless service..
  • Demonstrating prompt and professional responses to client inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction and needs are met
  • Maintaining meticulous client records and documentation for efficient record-keeping and streamlined processes.
  • Collaborating with insurance carriers to swiftly resolve issues and offer optimal solutions.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide clients with accurate and current information.
  • Thriving as an integral part of a cohesive team, contributing to company goals and fostering a positive work environment

Requirements :

  • A Pennsylvania Property and Casualty insurance license is preferred. Candidates without a license are encouraged to pursue one, with full support provided by us.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance customer service or a comparable customer service role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational prowess for maintaining precise records and ensuring thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems to efficiently handle administrative responsibilities.
  • The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, skillfully managing multiple tasks concurrently.
