Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Operations to oversee our extended stay hotel operations for 30 plus hotel locations on the West Coast through the Mid-West including AZ, CA, IA, ID, KS, MO, MT, NE, NM, TX, UT, and WA.
As a Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of District Manager professionals, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, strategic planning, and business development.
This position requires 75% plus overnight travel and remote work.

Duties :
- Provide leadership and guidance to district managers and hotel teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve targets
- Manage and optimize regional operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead the development and execution of business development initiatives to expand market presence
- Oversee the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track regional performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute regional strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, ownership groups, partners, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Preferred Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Regional Director of Operations or similar position within the extended stay segment
- Strong background in operations management, including experience in managing multiple locations or regions
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving goals
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies
- Experience in business development, including identifying new opportunities and driving revenue growth
- Proficient in project management methodologies, with the ability to oversee complex projects from initiation to completion
- Track record of successfully implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Valid Driver’s License
