Looking to hire a real estate paralegal to handle our growing residential and commercial real estate transactional practice.
Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to : handling contract review, drafting, negotiating and execution, ordering title reports, clearing title exceptions, attending closings and post-closing matters.
Additionally, the candidate will need to have experience with business entity formation as well as commercial leasing.
Also looking to hire a settlement / banking paralegal for our banking practice (both conventional + private lenders). Should have 2+ years experience handling all aspects of bank closings, coordinating / scheduling closings, reviewing / preparing loan documents, reviewing / clearing title exceptions, updating / amending title policies, balancing / finalizing closing disclosures and HUD-1s, attending and conducting closings, and post-closing matters.
Should have experience with Close IT Plus including finalizing all bank / buyer / seller forms and prepping bank checks.
