Job Description
Our recruiting firm is partnering with a cold-storage construction and maintenance company in Deerfield Beach, to find them a Bookkeeper.
This is a well-established company, in business for over 30 years, that is poised to continue to grow.
This is a temp to hire opportunity. This role will be permanent but the company prefers to hires this way because this is a new role.
The ideal pay range is between $24-$28 per hour (depending on experience).
Job Summary
- Data entry and invoice reconciliation
- Reconciling credit card transactions
- 3-way-matching invoices
- AIA construction billing
- Issuing payments twice a month
- Sending and accepting customer statements
- Following up on past due invoices and some b2b collections
Qualifications
- 2+ years in an Accounting Clerk or Bookkeeper type role handling AP / AR duties
- Experience in Construction industry highly desired
- 100% onsite position
