Fullstack Hadoop/Teradata Developer
Job Description :
We are looking for skilled full stack developer who has worked in Hadoop and Teradata along with middleware services
This job is responsible for developing ,managing and scaling our data based application and process on Hadoop or Teradata .
The ideal candidate will have experience with Hadoop ecosystem tools and any RDBMS . Candidate should have strong understanding of data processing, data storage and data analysis using Hadoop or Teradata technology.
Key responsibilities :
Design and develop data processing and ingestion solution using Hadoop and related technologies(HDFS, MapReduce, hive, impala, pyspark) or Teradata.
Write scalable, robust and high performance code for data processing and analysis
Design and build data processing workflow and pipelines for batch or real time data.
Should be able to handle and write middleware services using python.
What we are looking for :
- Excellent development skills with Hadoop ,HDFS, MapReduce, pyspark, hive ,impala and Teradata
- Working experience with Unix shell scripting
- Working experience with Autosys
- Experience with handling table huge data size which can go up to 30 to 30 TB
- Excellent in writing optimized SQL queries keeping in mind data size
- Well versed with performance improvement skills
- Excellent problem solving and evaluative skills
- Excellent attention to details
- Good understanding of testing concepts in agile development
