The right candidate has prior experience as a clinical research coordinator with a focus on patient-facing encounters and experiences, along with a working knowledge of data management and screening / randomization of participants, at minimum.

- Experience as a coordinator for HIV / infectious disease clinical trials is preferred, but not required. However, interest in working with HIV / infectious disease clinical trials is required.
- Prior experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator at a research site.* Working knowledge and previous experience with clinical trials, data management and case report forms.
- Working experience of the start-up and closure of clinical research studies and patient registration and randomization.
- Ability to prioritize effectively.* Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy.* Demonstrated ability to audit and analyze data for completeness and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
