Well-established plaintiff’s trial law firm is seeking attorneys for the construction accident department to litigate and improve their skills.

Primary Responsibilities :
- Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery
- Client consultations and hearing preparation
- Prepare for and conduct / defend depositions
- Draft and argue motions
- Assist with trials
- Manage all aspects of discovery
- Work both independently and closely with senior attorneys and paralegals
Qualifications :
- Familiarity with NYSCEF and E-law.
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual preferred , but not required
Schedule :
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time, on-site .
- Salary commensurate based on experience level.
