Position Focus :
This position will be the head men’s lacrosse strength and conditioning coach and be assigned other select teams. This position will plan, administer, and manage the strength and conditioning programs for men’s lacrosse and other select teams the in conjunction with the Director of Sports Performance.
Essential Duties
1. Designs year-long, comprehensive strength and conditioning programs for assigned teams to include pre season, in season, post season and off season training cycles.
2. Assists in scheduling, managing and maintenance of three varsity weight rooms. 3. Tests and evaluates student athletes to track progress of program.
4. Meets regularly with coaches and athletic trainers to keep updated on student athletes' status. 5. Supervises and trains student employees.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Exercise Physiology, or a related field and two years of demonstrated experience in collegiate strength and conditioning working in a multi-sport environment or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated experience.

Required Licenses or Certifications
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) and Certified First Aid / CPR.
